SOUSS MASSA NATIONAL PARK (PNSM)

Head towards Ksar Massa and you arrive at Souss Massa National Park, located at the mouth of the Massa river.
The National Park site represents a national heritage testifying to the richness of a considerable biological and ecological diversity.
It has more than 300 plant species, including the argan tree. The mammalian fauna include 30 species: the fox, the jackal, the hare, the deer, the porcupine and many others. The park also has 250 species of birds, including the bald ibis whose colony here is the largest in the world. Other inhabitants such as red-necked ostriches offer a touching spectacle.
The best times to visit this exceptional site are in the morning and in the evening, preferably in winter.
