MOROCCAN MINT TEA
Ingredients :
1 L of water.
3 tsp Chinese green tea.
1 small bunch of fresh mint.
Preparation :
Step 1:
Pick leaves off the sprigs of mint. Rinse the leaves obtained and drain them.
Step 2:
In a teapot, put the tea and add a little boiling water to rinse the tea. Discard this liquid. Add the mint leaves to the teapot, sugar, water and leave to infuse.
Step 3:
Put on the heat until simmering and serve the Moroccan way. Pour it into the glasses, holding the teapot high to 'foam' it ... and drink very hot.
